PROMISE ME YOU WILL watch this! hes my new obsession. the geek who won 'so you think you can dance 2'. anyway he is the first dork-dancer i know. all the other dancers in the show are poseur and beefy and gross. hahaha.

his partner is heidi, another contestant in so you think you can dance. shes his cousin. they've been in competitive swing dance since they were kids. haha.

he has so many characteristics similar to clay. i think my taste is too uniform.
- strong christian; he served a missionary for 2 years, gave up dancing.
-after going back to US, he found out his fiancee dumped him (AWWWW)
-he went back to dancing as an emotional outlet haha!
- he resembles clay, just that he is less self-conscious about his geekiness. how cool is that.
-he REALLY is a total geek, u will realise this upon watching a few episodes of so you think you can dance. hahaha
-he cried after winning the show. so cute. haha.
- he was always bullied in school because of his geekiness i suppose (AWWWW)
-after shooting to fame, he set up a charity called DEMAND. (clay set up a foundation called Bubel-Aiken Foundation)
-he makes me laugh
-he is the US champion in the west coast swing. swing happens to be my favourite gendre of dance. because it is fun to watch yet requires high technical precision. means he got a lot of seh. top in the US Open Championships.

but somehow i think benji's much much much more attractive than clay. even though objectively, clay's more handsome. hahaha. but benji is sooo endearing!

well i hope i've converted at least some of you into becoming benji fans through this post. but knowing how u all always slam my taste... i doubt its going to happen. haha. (:

well so... yah.. haha i'm kind of getting used to my job already i guess... and everybody around is actually getting more and more stressed up with work it just makes it feel so weird..... arghz i don't know how to put it but it makes it harder to ask them questions cause they're all so busy and stuff... yah but they're still ultra super duper nice about it.. guess cause i'm a temp so there's no point in being mean to me haha ^_^

anyway i was shocked to see so many new entries so i felt inspired to type a new one. anyway vivian i think my life is akin to yours...but the difference is that everyone here is mugging their asses off and i cant seem to figure out how they SLEEP SO LITTLE? haha. i sleep 12 hours still. how TERRIBLE hehe. wasting time! and one of my friends has an msn nick that says "sleep: the greatest time waster"or something like that haha damn freaky right!

the sun sets at 4 pm? then what time do your classes end vivvy? you'd better be careful when walking back to your hall. try to take public transport if it's too dark. is there public transport from king's to your hall? take up martial arts in the holidays ok, i would feel less worried for you if u learnt self defence tactics. after gymming through your sec sch years, i think martial arts would be a cinch lah (:

hey guys... sorry i haven't been typing but yes nice to read new entries though haahha... anyway, i have exams in 3 weeks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 ARGH i am going to die cos they are testing everything i have learnt and about to learn in the next 3 weeks ... :( so i am REALLY sorry shunling for not getting in touch with you too and i do agree with you 100% that who says that in uni you have loads of time and have loads of fun cos they should go and die ahahahahah... oh my christmas break is starting on the 16dec what abt yours shun? my parents are coming on the 19 dec till the 1 jan i think and i guess i will be pretty occupied in that time cos they said they are renting a car and going to visit the SW of UK( cornwall area) i really dunno the details though cos my sister is supposed to plan it all :S ahhahahahaha so anyway, now it is really study study study ... and did i mention now the sun sets at 4 pm? SO DEPRESSING!!! ok nothing more to report just that i am studying most of the time so you guys will hardly see me online (if i am not studying, then i am in school, if not then i am sleeping) hahahahaha... sigh damn boring my life don't you all think?

how are all of you doing? sorry for not blogging for so long... since 3 weeks ago i started having essays to hand in every week.. and cos i tried to procrastinate and chose presentation topics that are in the very same weeks that my essays are due, i've kinda been working non-stop.

ok i lied. i stopped by used that time to stone and watch anime. haha!

anyway, yeah! i feel so guilty.. haven't been talking to vivian too! there seems to be no time for anything urgh! who said that uni is lots of fun and little work should go and die! haha ok lah thought there's lots of work it's actually quite interesting (for me).. though i'm performing better in my optional course (economic history) than my majors! that's really disastrous...

iris! show us a picture of your haircut! and lorenda, i still dunno what the binder project is about! man law is so stressful in nus! haha in lse they only have assignments to hand in occassionally and the stress mainly comes from participation in optional seminars and such. (and even then all of us complain like mad... i can imagine what i'll be like if i studied in nus! everyday i'll kill someone). but i hope that your project went well (as in the grade sense)

and oaf, if you are reading this, i promise to reply to your email! soon... (i hope so...)

binder woes

hey i promised to update after my research binder deadline...since i am more or less done with it i shall keep to my promise.

this month long binder assignment was really a disaster from start to finish. we seemed to do no right since my tutor was always dropping hints about which avenue to pursue and what to drop and what not to. she delievered lots of cryptic messages to us during the feedback after my group's oral presentation. hahaha. sadly we decided to venture into a robertfrost-the-road-less-travelled track for the written research memorandum. haha. and i dont know how badly we are going to do. because i have no idea if we interpreted the cryptic messages properly. ahahahahaha i have a feeling we didnt hit at the heart of the issue anyway. :S

my system really took a browbeating from all the time spent on this thing la. im now trying to prevent myself from falling ill by chugging orange juice and chicken essence but to no avail. haha.

i was in school from 11am to midnight on saturday la.that's 13 hours. because we had to rush the report that was due on sat 2359 la. how radical and livingontheedge is that. hahaha.

we were supposed to make good headway on the report during a thursday meeting at one of the meeting rooms in PGP (since all 4 of us stay in hall) . however it was totally unproductive cos all of us ended up talking cok and singing song. hahaha. 8 pm to 3 am and so little done. clearly group work is counterproductive.

ok wish me luck in regaining my youth and health. i have seriously died over the past few days haha. lack of sleep

i am realllllllyyyyyyyyyy tired and drained out today and oh no i haven't been speaking to shun ling argh!!! oopsy even though she lives down the street to me but i still haven't had the chance to see her :( so anyways, yeah the weather is really odd... one day it feels like summer and the next day winter has arrived just like that... i have fallen ill yet again too :( awww yong jeng, you must take care too k? haha ooh everyone here seems to get a bloddy reading week except me :( i still have 9-5 days despite everyone being so super slack... haha

oh i must tell you something i thought about today on my way back at 5 pm (and yes it is dark by the time it is 4.30pm) so i was there walking in the dark and i was so tired i felt like collapsing... but then i thought oh no what will happen if i just collapsed here? noone will know at all ... so scary isn't it? and then i thought... if i collapsed in my room, no one will know too ... :( awww nevermind i guess it is what happens when you are here studying alonehaha...

ok, i am tired now, but i wanted to write to you guys haha

i'm feeling lazy...

hi guys... been a loooooong time since i last blogged i know haha sorry =_= work has been sucking life out of me.. and i guess after all the typing and staring at computer monitors i do at FedEx, i don't really want to be doing the same thing at home.. haha hence the not-going-online and not-blogging symptoms.. ^_^

anyway sorry i couldn't join you guys for the outing you had that fri night at vivocity... i was supposed to go for a relative's wedding dinner.. but then i had quite a bad bout of flu and my mom exempted me from going.. so in the end i didn't go for the dinner as well =_= haha but i'm all well again! yeah! except for a bit of stomach flu now.. arghz. i really wonder if i'll be able to survive in japan haha... but shunling said that i could possibly get a flu jab before i go over... i'm seriously considering it now. ^_^ haha thanks for that suggestion woman!

anyway i'm supposed to blog about my job too right? haha as lorenda requests... or rather has been requesting just that i never got down to doing it (sorry woman).. yah anyway most of my colleagues are japanese (yeah! haha) and they're all super-duper nice people.. and very funny too haha... and there's this really cute guy who's my direct supervisor... he's around 28 i heard but he's still like a little kid haha which is really cute i guarantee you ^_^ and you know how the japanese always go "ehhhh!!!" over things they find surprising? haha he does it really loudly and there's never a day that goes by without him saying that at all haha.. well there's more stuff... but i guess you'll really have to experience his child-likeness to really find it cute haha ^_^ and he's really slack too.. in fact, all of them are really slack.. haha i don't know if it's because they want to do things efficiently or what but they're always finding ways to cut down their workload haha or at least the amount of energy they spend on one job haha.. and they're forever complaining that it's troublesome.. which is really funny in a way given the way they complain haha ^_^ and then they'll always talk about random things... my friend who's also working there (sheau ying.. some of you might know her by now haha), her supervisor's also really funny.. he talks to her about blood types, random stuff like how he got drunk one time and then woke up to find himself at a bus stop etc haha work's really quite fun cause of them ^_^ kind of feeling really lucky to be in such a nice working environment! yeah!

ok anyway... got some bookmarks for you guys so please pass me the hard copy orange book the next time we meet? pretty please??? ^_____^ haha to at least put the bookmarks in lahz ^_^ thanks dearies!

oh i'm really proud of myself! haha i went out with sheau ying on thur cause i wasn't working on fri (and wasn't working on thur either cause my one-month contract ended on wed and i needed to renew it so my manager gave me 1 day off and fri was a japanese public holiday so yah) and neither was she working on fri so we went for karaoke at night and sang from like 2230h to 0200h and then we went to the liang court macs to watch stuff on her vaio (omg lahz.. her vaio really looks good i must admit.. she got it from japan.. it's a long story i'll tell you guys the next time we meet....but i still love my mac haha) and then we didn't sleep for the whole night~~~!!! woohoo!! haha and then we took public transport back home the next morning at around 7+ haha yeah! but i got stomach flu as a result.. tell me i brought it upon myself manz haha

anyway talked to shunling yesterday on skype and saw her room... her side of the room's really in quite a bit of a mess even though i'll have to admit that my room isn't in a better state at all haha. shunling!! you shd blog about how erectic the weather is there now haha.. it's really quite illogical haha... still can't make sense of it and i think i'm not going to try any harder than you are to try to understand it.

oafie still hasn't blogged btw as we can see... OAFIE!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!!!!!!! haha i've finished reading your book so i'll return it to you the next time we meet kayz!!! which means (kind of) that we shd meet up soon!!!!! haha fri and sat nights shd be no prob.. except for next sat night... going to some concert thingy with my mom cause she got free tickets from her friend~ ^_^
